How it works
Free advice first. Paid on-site testing only if needed.
If the issue is found within the first hour and PPM completes the repair, the initial diagnostic time is included in the job where possible. If no repair is completed or the fault needs deeper testing, diagnostic labour is charged separately and explained before continuing.
